Cherrystain is more than just period underwear — it’s a promise of comfort, dignity, and choice for every menstruator.

Born out of lived experience and thoughtful innovation, Cherrystain was founded by Kirti Waghmare, a designer and advocate passionate about menstrual health and sustainability. 

The idea for Cherrystain came from a place of frustration and empathy. Like many others, Kirti struggled with the unpredictability and discomfort of her own cycle. From surprise stains during busy days to the wastefulness of disposable pads during uncertain pre-period days, she knew there had to be a better way. 

At Cherrystain, we believe period care should be simple, sustainable, and empowering. That’s why we design functional, leak-proof underwear in four styles with different absorbency levels — to support you through your light, heavy, or just-in-case days.
